Unlocking tight hips is an often overlooked aspect of low back pain. I know it was for me. Here is a quick and easy hip opener that works great and I do them daily.
1. start on all fours, hands over shoulders, knees over hips.
2. Maintaining your spine position, without rotating your spine, kick your leg straight back behind you, straightening your leg.
3. Now rotate your knee upwards and around in a circle and finish with your knee back down on the floor next to your other knee.
Repeat 5 repetitions on one lag and then the opposite leg, 1 set, once per day should do it.
