Start in a seated position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Interlock your hands in front of you.
First, look in the direction you plan to twist.
Gently twist your upper body in a smooth, controlled motion to one side, then return to the center.
Switch to the opposite side and repeat the motion.

Do this 2-3 times per day for the best results.
