Here's the deal........
 
All patients will present with individual and specific findings for them, not everything works the same for every BODY......
 
In some cases, this can help you significantly but in other cases it will not and if the pain worsens, then stop right away.
 
Prone Extension.
 
1. Strat lying face down on your stomach flat if you can. If you can not tolerate this position then no need to read on, stop as this will not help you and could worsen your condition.
 
2. If you can lift your head up so it is resting on the backside of your hands and rest your chin on your interlocked hands. Be sure you're breathing and trying to relax into this. 
 
*if you can tolerate this, then lie here for 2-3 minutes only the first time. The following time you may be able to lay for 4-5 minutes like this. I would not do much more than 5 minutes though at a time.
 
3. Lastly, if you can, then place your hands face down and gently start to lift your upper torso off the surface. Do not lift excessively and I would hold here maybe 1-2 minutes at a time and no more than that.
 
*You can do this 3-4 times per day as long as it is not worsening your condition.
