I want to write an updated review of this place. My first few sessions did not seem promising or go the way I imagined, so I stopped going and also wrote and honest review. I left it at that and went about my life. I honestly did not think any action would result after my review. But I have to give kudos to Dr. Cassidy, he was not aware of what had happened after I decided to not continue with my treatment plan and also wanted to address the concerns on my review. He addressed the matter personally by emailing me with a heart felt apology and also noted to address my concerns moving forward.
He genuinely wanted me to get better and get the care I needed. When I tell you he addressed it, I mean he addressed it! He provided several options in order to ensure that I got the care I needed. After going over the options I decided to proceed with the one that would result in me going back to the facility. I was a little skeptical because of my review and thought there would be some weird feeling and treatment from the staff. To my surprise, I came in and everything was as if I never wrote the review but did see that some of the concerns were addressed right away.
Dr. Cassidy had a small follow up meeting with me that same day to addressed what had happened and what caused me to not return he apologized himself and on behalf of the staff. After everything was discussed and cleared up, I decided to continue treatment. I continued to finish the 12 sessions as originally planned. The pain seemed to have gotten a lot better but there was still some slight discomfort. He suggested to come back in two weeks to see how I would feel and also to continue my workout routine since there was some improvement.
I have been able to workout a lot more WITHOUT severe pain on my neck before and after each workout session. I returned after two weeks as planned, remember I had already started working out again and doing my normal activities. My pain scaling from a 1-10, was at a 9 that day. I knew I was slightly pushing it and was due for a session so there I was. We did a session and instantly I felt so much better. It's been 2.5 weeks since that last treatment and I have not had any headaches or sever neck pain.
I will be going back on the 3rd week. I can definitely see that my condition has improved a lot due to the treatments. I used to take Tylenol a lot for the pain and I can't remember the last time I took one. I will continue to maintain my sessions per doctor recommendations. I came in with severe pain, defeated, almost crying, and unable to hold up a bottle of water or lift a barbell and now I am able to do that and so much more. Please, please give this place a chance. I gave them not 1 but 2 chances, and it has changed my life drastically!
