Neck & Low Back Pain Stability Exercise
Try it out , switch up to create neck, low back and shoulder stability and stronger wrists for better strength. Baseball, hockey and any sports or workouts really.
1. Standing or Kneeling -bicep curl. 2. Shoulder press with handle down, bell up. 3.Keep Core Muscles Engaged to avoid extra stress into lower back area. 3 sets of 10 each arm should do it :)
